When you use the contact form, your email address and message are sent by email to info@koolvelo.ch from no-reply@koolvelo.ch so the KoolVelo creators can notify you about launch and reply to your enquiry. The website does not store contact submissions in a database. Temporary session data is used to prevent abuse.

Processing is based on your consent and our interest in answering your enquiry. Contact emails are retained only while needed to handle your request.

Service providers and hosting

The site is intended to be hosted by Swizzonic in Switzerland. The hosting mail service processes the submitted information to deliver and retain the notify email. Providers receive only the data needed for their service.
