When you use the contact form, your name, email address, preferred language, message and consent time are sent by email to the KoolVelo creators. The website does not store contact submissions in a database. Temporary session data is used to prevent abuse.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent and our interest in answering your enquiry. Contact emails are retained only while needed to handle your request.

Service providers and hosting

The site is intended to be hosted by Swizzonic in Switzerland. The configured SMTP and mailbox providers process the submitted information to deliver and retain the contact email. Providers receive only the data needed for their service.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data and may object to processing where applicable.
